My name is Alice Tan. My background isn’t in medicine, it’s in making clinics run better.
Since 2019, I’ve helped clinics across Malaysia through my work in health-tech. I started by walking door to door, meeting owners and managers, and learning what really happens behind the reception desk.
Over the years, one truth kept coming back: the biggest challenge isn’t technology. It’s people.
