I spoke to a doctor from Kedah recently , someone I last connected with back in 2019. I was genuinely flattered when he told me he still sees my name come up on social media when doctors talk about the product I used to manage. I left that role in 2024, but he still remembered.

When I told him I now focus on healthcare workforce support, his reaction was instant  “I need this.”

One staff asked for a few months’ break, which he couldn’t grant, so she left. Another gave birth the very same day. He wished someone had staff ready for him ,and that’s exactly what I’m building.
